1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OCWin accessible through our website and related services. These Terms form a legal and binding agreement between you as the user and OCWin as the platform operator.

2Member Eligibility

• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one OCWin account. Holding multiple accounts under the same identity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• Non-Staff Members: OCWin staff, immediate family members, and those with a direct interest in the platform's operations are not permitted to register as members.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Information

When registering an account OCWin, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information, including your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date should any changes occur.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. OCWin will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the support team OCWin immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

OCWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within a 30-day period. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card, bank statement or proof of address, and a screenshot of the payment method used.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

OCWin only accepts local Malaysian payment methods as follows:

• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 10. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, however OCWin reserves the right to impose daily or monthly deposit limits based on account risk assessment. Deposited funds are typically credited within 3 minutes of a successful transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM 30.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless approved by the support team.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.
• OCWin processes withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for eWallet methods and 1 to 3 hours for bank transfers, subject to account verification.
• OCWin reserves the right to suspend or decline withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by OCWin subject to the rollover requirements and specific conditions stated in each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have not previously made a deposit.
• The minimum rollover is 8x the bonus amount received, unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

• OCWin reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse of the promotion system is suspected.

5.2 VIP Rewards Programme

VIP Rewards Programme OCWin has multiple tiers with varying benefits. VIP points are accumulated based on total valid wagers and cannot be directly redeemed for cash except through the designated redemption mechanism. VIP tier upgrades and downgrades are calculated monthly based on the preceding 30 days of betting activity.

6Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets on OCWin is considered accepted only once the system has confirmed and issued a bet reference number to the user. Any bet without a reference number is deemed invalid. OCWin reserves the right to decline or void any bet without reason at any time before the match begins.

6.2 Match Results

• Official results used for bet settlement are based on outcomes announced by the official governing body of the relevant match.
• For Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other football competitions, settlement is based on the final 90-minute result (including referee-added stoppage time), and does not include extra time or penalty shootouts.
• For badminton, tennis, and e-sports, the overall match winner result applies.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned before completion, OCWin reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting (live betting) is subject to availability and the discretion of OCWin. Delays in the acceptance of in-play bets are beyond OCWin's control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation. If an in-play bet is accepted after a relevant event has already occurred (e.g., a goal has been scored), OCWin reserves the right to void that bet.

7Casino & Slots Game Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All slot games and table games available at OCWin uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified and audited by internationally accredited third parties. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including OCWin yourself.

7.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, OCWin will use system records to determine the status of bets at the time of the disruption. If records are insufficient for an accurate determination, OCWin reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the stake. OCWin's decision in such matters is final.

7.3 Live Casino Games

Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers. Additional terms from the relevant provider may apply. All communication with dealers via the text chat function must remain respectful — abusive language or threats will result in access to the Live Casino section being revoked.

8Prohibited User Conduct

User OCWin is strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology to automate betting or platform interactions.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bet outcomes or abuse the bonus system.
• Placing zero-risk or matched bets to exploit promotions.
• Using any method to defraud the payment system or initiating chargebacks after winnings have been validated.

• Transferring funds between OCWin accounts through unauthorised methods.
• Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.

9Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by User

You have the right to close your account OCWin at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before the closure is processed, all eligible account funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3 business days, subject to the settlement of all active bets.

9.2 Closure by OCWin

OCWin reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account with or without notice under the following circumstances:

• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of information indicating that the account is being used for illegal activities, including money laundering.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.

9.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

10Limitation of Liability
